i'll send them to chris since he kind of local. (loca not withstanding) and get his insight.

Agreed, looks like Scalpel lenses:

They also appear to have the "polarized" etching. No Splice lens came with that etching.

I can confirm that the lenses are from scalpel frames and good donors for xx, juliets, and pennys.
