Are SJ rubbers specific to just those?

I ve always understood Racing Jacket & Split Jacket rubber to be interchangeable BUT if I am wrong I will gladly change/correct the listing.

We know bolts & jaws are interchangeable and I think nose pads too.

Jaws definitely are, I have a racing jacket frame in hand right now with Split Jacket jaws I installed myself and Split Jacket lenses installed. Ive done this more than once so I know I can put a Split Jaw on an Racing Jacket frame. I have also done the reverse at least twice as well.

You can make a split bone... split jacket upper w/ JB Jaws you need to trim JB/RJ lens a touch to fit but its doable

w/o trimming you could close them... but I wouldn't do it to any lense/upper you actually liked were it felt too tight to close... some seem to have more tolerance than others idk why

Since it takes lots effort, since its not suppose to close given the SJ is shorter in height on the outside edge than the JB/RJ... hence the resistance to close.

I just put Split Lenses in the RJ Frame with Split Jaws and it works no problem
this is a RJ frame upper
with SJ Jaws and SJ lenses.

Just have Chris H cut me Split Jacket lenses fromTurbine donors.
Then if I want it to be a Racing JacketAgain I switch back the jaws
