That is beautiful. To bad someone drilled the "Oakley" to bolt it on.

Its not drilled, it has allen bolts to affix it to the case. It has lost the outer layer which is glued onto that part.

Aah, gotcha. If I was home I'd look at mine, not remembering it being two pieces glued together. I do recall others saying they break pretty easy between the letters.

Its a pain to replace the outer layer, but it has been done.

If the holes bother you and you really want that missing front stretchline outer plate, Anton has one on eBay at the moment. It’s partially damaged but I think you can make it work.

That is just the back plate it should have a top piece to cover the holes
