What did you use to clean that baby up @Spenc? I’ve got a stretch line slat wall display thats quite rusted and I’d love to work on it

I used a relatively soft pot scouring sponge and wd40 first ( start on the back so you don’t over do it just be patient) then I used oil in the same way ,quite easy just time consuming.

What type of oil? And I assume you just soak the item and use the sponge to scrub/polish ?

Yes I found a gun oil is best but pretty sure you could use any

Agreed, a light oil like a sewing machine oil. Leave a small surface residue, don't wipe it all off.
