50 here... broke half my body in my 30's and now all those checks I wrote are cashed in all at once. Finally asked and got on arthritis medicine but CBD cream and CBD/THC tincture is my best friend. My hands started doing the same thing in my 40's and have slowly gotten worse to the point sometimes they cannot grasp. My grandfather had carpal Tunnel syndrome and I suspect the same here. Welcome to upper middle age!
All i can say is in 30 years i'll be the only one left in this forum
