after reading this thread, i was pretty anxious, and a tad apprehensive when receiving my OO red Brook. especially since they had the transit thru so many destinations to finally get to me in Singapore.

so trust me when i say that i was relieved as hell when they arrived today..

box had a little ding, but that's abt it. shades were pristine, so no complaints there.
 
Ya I haven't had a good experience with SGH either and sadly they are the only big Oakley provider in my area. The same thing has happened to me and they just say we will give you a store credit refund because they think I destroyed them.....oh and that was the same day they shipped to lol
