SW FMJ Legit Or Not?

Hey guys,

I'm currently negotiating a deal for the SW FMJ blue chrome. The guy doesn't want to take the packaging off the froggies as he says that the FMJ coating can sometime be temperamental.

Here are the only pics I got from him- do they look legit to you?
