Hey guys! I need help!

I recently acquired an R1 but the temple shox (rubbers) have the number 50 on them. Is this normal? The problem is it is way too tight to put them on my noggin initially, though once they're finally in place it seems like a perfect fit. My worry is the stress that it is causing on the lens. Is there a remedy for this like a smaller number t shox rubbbers? If so, my next question is how do you replace those rubbers? I searched on this forum but could not find any thread.

Thanks in advance.

Shocks from a Juliet, xs, xx, or mars will work as well. They're all the same.

The number denotes the size with higher number equating to a tighter fit. There are 15, 25, 50, and 75.

Just fold the stem and push them out from the inside and they'll pop right out.
