Tell tell signs that a frame has been refinished?

Pretty much any one of the wise guys on this forum can tell the same thing with these pictures.....not just me.

They look like they've been refinished but not by me I say that because it looks like somebody put the rivets in after they were blasted and I Refinish mine in one piece.and it looks like someone reused the pins because I can see dings on the front of the pins meaning they pushed them out and reinserted them.
