I've been wondering which sunglasses model, for a collector, could be considered the ultimate goal, regarding rarity, value and any other parameter considered important in this matter. Any technical idea?

I know this is a sunglasses thread but just to size this thread and make things simple, what about watches? Which one is the philosopher stone in a Oakley collection?

I think it all depends on what the collector desires. You have identified rarity. I would add supply and demand that dictate prices.

For me, my fav is the JBL - juliet brown.

Putting a value is always subjective
In my case example most put a 900 value on a mm watch, as for me those are about 300

Thank you for sharing. I follow the same path. Use carefully and display after use. And use again afterwards and so on...

Safe guess would probably be something like Jordan’s personal Romeo, same goes for his personal Time Bomb. Those would demand a lot of coin, anywhere at anytime (regardless of supply, demand, whatever!) since they appeal to maaaaany collectors.
