The X-MAN Customs Corner

The problem isn't the pusher tool it's the rubber inserts...... Those have to be trimmed for each pair. There is no way on God's green Earth you will use those rubber inserts unaltered .
This makes sense now, I was under the assumption they were form fit replacement parts. There was so much rubber hanging out the back I questioned my placement....that means there will be several on/off's to ensure all rubber isn't visible? Also sounds like it is much in the art of experience knowing how much and where to pre-cut to reduce several test fitting steps...

Ultrasonic is large enough to fit my full size pistol barrels, and x-metal vaults :) After getting the de-greaser mix down right, it took between 5-15 minutes @ 50-60C to get bare metal finger tip smooth & clean (some metal stain....don't know yet what to use to evenly finish the metal). Even took rust off the steel clips on the inside of the vaults...(Amazon link)

Trick was the Carbon X cleaner. Its a awesome aerospace cleaner, exotic metal to plastic safe, zero film and residue, organic based....been using it for years and its amazing.....

Thanks for the tips :) Got my test orbitals in today, will see how I end up this weekend.

Very nice to finally see it completed! Are the Rubbers "Chinese orange"? They look more red in these photos. But @Linegear Japan did recently send me the Chinese orange Juliet kit and I love it in person. Might be my next post!

@THE X-MAN I'm really liking what u are doing with the hinge screws and pins!
