There is something off on my Holbrook LIV Super Bowl

I bought a pair of Holbrook LIV Super Bowl edition from Ebay, but there are a few things that are not quite correct.
One lens is not a perfect fit, even when pushed in, there is a gap (I will try another lens to check if the problem is the lens or the frame).
The box is just a basic black box with a generic label, no white outer box or Super Bowl label.
The MF bag included is a plane black one.

No, but it didn't say white box and bag also, that's why I haven"t start a case.
The big issue here is the lens.

No, it does not. But the sku is correct.
I don't think it is fake, but it might be a pair that did not pass quality check.

or got squished/crushed. I got a pair of fuel cells in a manhandled cardboard box and the Oakley box was also smashed and when I took the glasses out the frame and lenses didnt quite fit properly.
