More than likely, yes. I have never seen an authentic one with bent stems outward.

I see many other issues with those to point out they are fake. I can tell instantly.

for juliets, mars, romeos, and xx metal, that is a good indicator. i think the x squared has bent stems (i don't have one)...

All stems should curve around your head in a clean line and not bend outward at the tip. With that said, polished juliets, and all romeos, x-squared's, and xx's have hammer stems, or a version of them which include a bend in the arm itself, but that is different then what we've been discussing here.
