i have a Ti Romeo for sale. I was going to use this to do a custom but never got around to it. Bottom of left orbital looks like it has some kind of chemical burn. Was like that when i purchased it. Missing upper gaskets. Looking for $600 F&F shipped CONUS. i have no idea what they are worth with the mark.

The bone finish must use iron in the bond. I’ve stripped bone Juliets with ferric chloride to reveal the raw titanium (seems sand-blasted). Do that to this pair and you have close to the “X-Metal” finish.

to me it looked like a chemical burn but i have seen them before so maybe it is something in the makeup of this finish
