Time Bomb II

Hi everybody.
I own a Time Bomb II and i cut the Unobtainium Strap for my size- four pieces.
Now, i wanted to sell the watch.
I send it to Oakley in Germany (i life in Germany).
They send it to the USA, to Oakley.
Now, after a couple of weeks, they say, THREE LINKS would cost 450,- Euro (621,- Dollar).
They`re crazy...

The watch get scratches, only from lookin at it, and one piece (pivot) from the Bracelet (where you close the Wristband) went out from itself.

That`s a lot- the Watch cost 2500,- Euro....

Does anyone need a new strap, like me?
What`s your experience?

Thanks for answer.

I heard the same thing, outrageous pricing for the band. It's gonna be tough finding replacement parts for this bad boy. I think the watch band brand new is huge, so most people would have to cut it down to fit anyways, so if you are selling I would just say that it has been resized. If you take some FINE steel wool, you can polish those scratches right off the band very easily.

Thanks for your response.
Oakley will tell me today, what`s the price for ONLY the Unobtainium- Strap.
The Bracelet is, if it`s new, SO big- it would fix a leg....
;-)

But i cut one piece too much of....my bad....

If the watch is new- there will be no scratches on it- like it is polished.
If i would use steel wool- it would get blunt...

The Unobtainium- Straps would cost... 175,- Euro... 237,- Dollar.
For 2 pieces of Plastic.

The reason for the most expensive price: It`s Unobtainium.
;-)))

The Grip`s for a BMX would cost 40,- Dollar... the same Material...
