Time tank issue

Hi everyone, I’m new in this forum. I would like to know if anybody had an issue with a time tank that It don’t do anything at all like if the battery is dead, but the battery has been replaced. I even tried to reset it and no luck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It isn’t unusual for the movements to fail. Several factors can contribute to a failure but, a common cause is a leaking battery.

Fortunately new movements are readily available and a good watchmaker should have it back up and running without any dramas.

When I pulled the battery out was normal no leaking and the contacts where clean. The weird thing is that all the dials are on the 12o clock position except the second hand.
