They have been having glasses including o matter made in China for at least 3 years...I have a couple frames ordered from O site that say made in china

Are you sure about that? I've never seen an Oakley frame with "made in China" written on it. Either "made in USA" or nothing at all.

I believe all the acetate frames are made in China.

If the glasses are only assembled in the USA, then they can not call them Made in the USA.

The FTC requires that a product advertised as Made in USA be "all or virtually all" made in the U.S.

I would think this is correct, it would have to say "Assembled in the USA" on the box and not made.

I know for some of the women's pairs that have an acetate frame it doesn't even have anything written on the frame. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the prescription frames said Made in China though.
