Turbine's with Round O?

Personally, I don't like the idea, the square O seems to appeal to new enthusiast, while the stretched O is very iconic which appeal to all, the square O can still be maximized. Same with the Elite O. How I wish they keep these 3 logos. Anyway, Lux seems to have decided already.

The idea is to keep it simple. One logo across the board for brand recognition like other large companies. I just wish there was more of the Elite O out there.

Yup. Company always like to keep things simple. It is just this question in.my head; When does simplicity has to do with Oakley? Just don't make sense to me.

I think lux is just taking them in a new direction.

I prefer the Ellipse icon logo to be honest. I mean you look at a lot of sporting brands out there, mostly they have just the one logo. A lot of people get confused on logos easily.

Understand the reason, but square o looks so much better on bigger frames like Turbine. Can't imagine Fuel Cell or Batwolf with a thin ellipse.

Yup, knew it is already the case, just that personally I don't totally agree, but I already accepted and respected that decision of Oakley/Lux going to a single logo direction now.

It's stupid. Why mess with what works? All Lux had to do was buy Oakley, let it alone, sit back, rake in the cash. The reason they had to buy Oakley in the first place was because they were so successful. So why change it?
