Unknown O ellipse

Does anyone knows anything about the 2 small grey ellipses right above the big O sticker?
I've just got them from a guy who had a store about 17 years ago.

Those are Titanium O stickers.

We couldn't keep them in stock back in the day.

If I had to guess, it looks like they came off of a hat. In the last pic the icon looks like it was peeled off of some sort of fabric.

They sold out immediately. I believe they were $15-$17 at retail.

The stickers sat up higher. These for sure looks like they came off a hat or bag.
Either way cool pieces.
