Unrelesed or Upcoming or Fake NFL Gascan NE Patriots?

Found these online but cant find any info on them. Everything looks good, but I can't find anyone else selling a pair like this. Do you guys think these where made but unreleased or upcoming? Im 90% sure they are not fake but I do own fake miami dolphins and denver broncos. But my fakes dont have the box, bag, nfl logo on inside, logo on lens, ect.

Just noticed they did not spell gascan right on their post.... Oakley Cascan... no wonder I could not find them. Still odd they dont have these on the Oakley website or SI military one.
