If you're collecting hard cases, there's also a super rare Team USA Olympics version. I've only ever seen 2 or 3 listed on eBay. Should have bought the first one when it went for like $12. The next one I saw went for like $50 or something.

... & I am just not going to pay $50 for a USA one on eBay ... I have for others that I would never get close to like Hawai'i, but the USA is clearly going to be somewhat prevalent.
