They look in ok condition, i have a pair in black color.

They are a Casing tall boots, there are 2 models the tall ones and the other ones are more like a hiking boot.

I found a Black pair of the tall ones like the ones in the add only they are Black, they are comfortable but a little heavy, they are good for cold weather.
