vr28 blue iridium vs vr28 black iridium .. light differences? VLT?

Question:
I have vr28 blue iridium (called "blue iridium") in my fast jackets (original lens in the white fast jacket)
What is the light transmission?
Oakley lists at 15% but there is no way they are darker than vr28 black which is listed at 18% .

I like the blue iridium in winter and cloudy days but they are way too bright in more open light, even an overcast beach is too bright for them.
Is this the case with vr28 black? what has replaced these lenses?
thanks for the help

Thanks. Oakley lists the lens as "blue iridium " but i think that is not accurate.

Pretty much wired.
I suppose it depends on the lens base colour.
”Blue iridium” was offered in a Grey, Amber, or VR28 base tint (none of which appear to have been offered in FastJ ).
