Anybody know where I can get a pair of Positive Red Juliet lenses?

They were never a replacement lens option. A way is to get it custom cut from dr.chop.

I talked to Dr. Chop about this before. After talking with him, I don't want the ones from that guy on Ebay anymore. Haven't gotten them yet. want to put them in a tio2 frame.

Anyway, I'd recommend talking to him first.
