^^ Don't you have some sort of trading standards laws in the US that prevent the production and resale of fake goods? It must fall foul of that.

right...like that really works out well...First it has to b brought to someone's attention in the right place, then it has to be determined if it's even financially viable to pursue it I am sure, then you have to arm up your $500/hour lawyers (probably a couple of them at least), and then go get em. If you win any damages, a lot of the time the fakes either have "no" assets, or they file bankruptcy after the conviction and penalty is assessed. It works, but it's quite costly if a cease and desist letter doesn't do the trick
