Watch Winder

Yeah, the TB is not an automatic watch, it's a quartz watch that uses a rotor to charge the battery that resembles an automatic mechanical. The TB2 (and FMJ) are true automatic mechanicals with ETA movements.

So the toothbrush charger thing won't work on the TB2. You need a proper watch winder, if you want to keep it wound and don't wear it every day. There's all sorts out there in all sorts of price ranges. Cheaper ones tend to be noisier. Some high-end ones will have specific settings for various movements, but IMO that's just overkill.
Dont forget about Mr. Gearbox Automatic too

So for us "slow ones" the watch winder will not charge a knectic watch... But maintain the charge... Correct?

At best. Conventional wisdom is they won't work at all but some have had results. I guess it depends on the watch winder.

The main practical difference is with an automatic mechanical watch, the weight is winding a spring. With a kinetic, the weight is driving a mini generator; there's more resistance and it doesn't spin around as easily. With daily wear, it's not enough to matter, but with a winder it could.

Really, it's much easier to charge a kinetic with an induction charger, once you learn how to position it so the coils are close enough.
