Nah, it’s an automatic. Kinetic is quartz, automatic is smooth tick. 6BPH, 8, or 10, depending on the movement. I believe this one is 6.

Seikos don’t often get their due, but it’s a proper integrated watchmaking company. Few others make as much of their watches as Seiko, including mainsprings on some models.

Seiko is a great company, and makes great time pieces

I love seiko, they gave me a full scholarship at watchmaking school (AWCI).

I am a big Seiko automatic guy as well. I have owned several over the years. The movement in that Alsta a couple of posts back is a Seiko movement
