Just bought a brand-new boat and was wondering what are the best lenses for lake driving?

Deep Water Prizm Polarized and Shallow Water Prizm Polarized will be your friends.
My go-to lens colors for boating before those were released were Ice Polarized and Black Iridium Polarized. It's best to go with a Polarized lens as it'll cut the glare off of the surface of the water. Happy boating!!!
