As a moderator, you aren't just responsible for locking threads and dealing with issues, we're also looking for members who want to grow there respective area and create great content. - A peacekeeper - A key part of moderating, is diffusing a situation. This is a forum, debates happen, arguments erupt, as a moderator you should always try to keep the peace in your area.
