They look like OO-e. But it also looks like the lenses are in wrong, left side is in the right side and so on. That O in the lower right part of the right lens should be on the other side of the glasses. Looks like someone installed the lenses wrong.

You're right on with the lenses...they are installed incorrectly. Here's a pic of mine....
