What causes brand new unused lenses to peel?

At least two of them are not unused. Like racer said salt water, maybe exposed to the elements/heat or just a really bad pair of lenses. Luckily for you, you can still replacement lenses for most of those.

That coin and that card holder look a little rough as well like the TiO2 frame. I'm gonna say salt air is your culprit.

I think is some kind of mould, I manage to clean one side of the frame using my shirt
