Well a New R1 with new perfect lenses in good kit should be around $700-$750. So frame only $450-500 is not bad at all, if new. That one appears to be new. I sold that exact kind of frame without lenses (well x metal new) for $600 outside eBay two weeks ago. Trusted seller? known for good pieces, then high but fair.
