Enjoying the Wasatch brews lately I see. I lived out in Utah for several years and the local breweries there are some of the best I have ever had. If you find yourself in Park City (which you most definitely should, especially since you are so close), you must visit Squatter's. They serve all of the Wasatch brews and the food there is locally sourced and is ******* out of this world. Seriously. It's an unforgettable experience. If you're into skiing or snowboarding, the resorts there are top notch. Being able to hop on a ski lift right from your hotel is perfection. I miss it so much, and hope to return there one of these days... Permanently.
