What is Oakley’s cushioned lens suspension system?

First noticed this on the Racing Jacket and a quick google search showed other frames like Fast Jacket and Radarlock Path advertised a similar feature. But does anyone know exactly what "Oakley’s cushioned lens suspension system" is?

Is that another way of saying the ‘piv-lock’ system? I believe all of those frames had that, along with the split jacket (maybe there were others too- I just don’t know of them).
