I've seen them all over the place height-wise. one thing that has been really consistent is they don't pass the edges. none of them that I have seen have been cut off or folded over. here's are a few that are fairly low: (sticker position)

I’d also say given that it was a super low special release version (only 51 according to sources) that they were most likely applied by hand
