Oh, our roads are fine. It's the people that are the problem.
Some very bad park jobs here, lots of bumper kissings.
Then there's the theft, vandaism or whatever those darn kids are up to.

Think about coming over to this side of the river. All you need is an 8x9 office with a landline phone, desk, working safe, a sign that can be seen from the street and enough room for 2 cars. Theres not to much paperwork involved just normal business insurance and a surety bond.

Pouring concrete in the lower bathroom section. It has a lower concrete slab so grout and tiles can be used to create slopes towards floor drains. Meanwhile, works continues elsewhere.
