welcome bro, anytime. i have no idea if its rare or not. all i can say is its discontinued. it came around with all the other soviet, red shift releases of the time. i havnt seen this one before. this is a nice piece.

Seen them before, not super rare but dont see them every day anymore. Released in 2007-8 time frame. They had lots of different versions.
