What Kind Of Lens Is This?

At the moment I think it's the ruby iridium or the positive red but am unsure. Yeah, but I'm returning them to the seller because he lied about them in the description, and I just get confused about the color because they seem to look different in everyone's pictures so I just wanted to be sure. And I'm a noob with sunglasses when it comes to be this complicated. And it's a lot of money for some sweet shades so I want to be absolutely sure.

Yeah because he advertised them as completely new and never worn, I get them and they have scratches and fingerprints all over them. And he said they were polarized and and they weren't. I paid for what I thought were new polarized glasses and they were neither.
