It could be real, but the zipper pulls are wrong, it’s possible they switched them out due to plastic one become very brittle over time

I am no expert and never had a Icon Bag.
But compared with pictures on OR the shape of Buckles and the embroiderd Icon is wrong.
As well as the zipper pulls.
Based on that I would not buy it.

Just having a hard time finding the model online. Cant find a backpack with the same buckles, and the O logo on the lower back seems off. But its just a hunch.
