So what brand are those cut from?

From a BINI USA (American subsidiary of Italian company)... Bottle rocket lenses. I think they charge $38 on their website per pair. But the tints are great. Mirrors beautiful. Quality of injected nylon is great too. Very sturdy. And prism balanced optics!
