Up here, hundreds of cars isn’t an issue. It’s getting smoked by bambi.

Uuughghgh - so, the Houston Area is a bit interesting...

I live on one of the busiest and congested highways in Houston (about 11 miles directly south of downtown Houston)...

BUT, as soon as I go south from my subdivision, within 10 or 11 miles I'm in open country - and THATS where loose cows and Bambi like to hang out...

I'll still take my chances with cows and Bambi than willingly go north into downtown...

most of my riding is South of Houston, where the roads are open, wide, straight and beautifully paved (not really Houston, but the outskirts)...its those first 6 or 7 miles that I have to ride through to get to open country that's a pain in my ass...
