What Really Grinds Your Gears?

Agree with the other posters as well.
If your career path is a plumber, welder, trade craft(s) for example, a leisure arts degree will provide no value, and will NOT make you more in demand.

For the “Technology Companies”, and then most of all the companies on the Fortune 500 - it’s a fairly simple break even calculation.

4 year degree costs X, with an opportunity cost of Y.
You get paid more for having one.
You pay that off in ~10-15 years of “college education salary”.
You work for 30-50 years, so seems like for the majority of your life the education is profit.

Go for an MBA? Most fields where that degree is relevant, even that expensive 2 years of school will be paid back in ~4-10 years.
