What Shade Do You Use For Mountain Biking?

I am back in to mountain biking and wondering what lens tent you guys use. I am located in Texas so it is sunny most of the time, but I am thinking of using a contrast lens because of shadows. Some lenses I am thinking of are pos red, oo pos red polarized, deep blue polarized, or even gold iridium. What say you guys? Its going on my flak jackets.

I live in Florida with lots of sun. I wear black iridium polarized.

Same with me. If it is really cloudy I will wear persimmon or H.I. Yellow.

+Red isn't a contrast lens, FYI. I think G30 and VR28 are solid choices. VR28 includes the base with other iridium a like black and blue.

Well I don't do the mountain biking thing... But I use a g30 radar range for hiking/running on the mountain. Gives a very clear picture of where to put my feet. I love it.

VR28 Blue Iridium ( not Ice) Jawbones are the go-to pair. (vegas gold Jaws on black frames and red thru bolts)
Splits with Transitions for the shady stuff.
Clear goggles for DH

yeah but in practice it washes out most colors and only pushes blues. OO red, on the other hand, is an excellent contrast lens
