What To Do With XX

hmm thats frusterating becuase i questioned the service rep that i spoke with on it and she transferred me to somebody differant who said the same thing. I guess ill call back tomorrow and try again. Thanks for the info.

Ok, I'm going to call them again. And again.

I need to look for a black rubber band too. Thanks for the ideas.

I think it just depends who you get. I sent a plasma juliet in for a tune-up and the dude knew exactly what i was asking for and then transferred my call to a 'specialist' to finalize everything.

A week later I called in to send another pair in, and the dude said he had never heard of "polished" when he asked me the frame color. Gave me no info, no customer or service #, no tracking info, nothing.

Also the first time I sent it in I got an email with a little worksheet I had to fill out and mail in detailing exactly what I wanted; the second time, nothing, just a label and they kept what i wanted on file based on what I said on the phone.

Both times were completely different in every possible way. I even got charged for the tune up before they did it once and the other time, after they did it. Really bizarre. This was literally 1 week apart.

If you can't get anywhere w/getting them tuned-up try taking a small black rubber band and cut it to length and wrapping it in between the orbital and the nose bridge, tuck in w/a toothpick and snip off the extra. It's not perfect but it will get them wearable.

I've done this with a very loose right orbital and after the rubber band the orbital was still a little loose but completely wearable.
