Got bored, creative, and decided to treat my dad and siblings
Chilean sea bass, asparagus, grape tomatoes, and stuffed mushrooms with a lemon & rosemary jus

This is called making a spam musubi Lopaka style. Fried spam placed on top of cellophane, because rice doesn't stick to it like it will your hand. I put some furikake on my rice before wrapping in seaweed (nori). It's then wrapped nice and tight, ready for a quick minute in a microwave oven.
