Sollip is very close to Borough Market, so we did a bit of shopping beforehand. Made a beeline for Jumi Cheese as I knew I wanted this Belper Knolle. It’s a dried cheese, coated in black pepper and a lot of garlic in the cheese itself. Used more as a condiment than a cheese, it adds a great savoury note to anything. Was about the only good thing at the most disappointing starred restaurant I’ve been to.
