Whats the best way to clean microfiber bags?

How does everyone clean their microfiber bags? Whats the best way to wash them to get the oils out that come off your fingers over time and your face that they clean off the lenses and frames?

Is there a particular detergent you recommend, no fabric softener I assume.

I have ton of the bags, and I use my Elite bag over all others because its a better cleaning bag I have found IMO.

I just throw mine in the washer in a laundry bag (mesh).

Avoid using fabric softener if using a washing machine. I hand wash mine with dish soap and water then air dry.

Microfiber bag cleaning

What's the best way to thoroughly clean microfiber bags? A lot of mine are starting to leave behind oily smudges on my lenses. I tried the washing machine with hot water and no soap or detergent. Didn't work.
