Whats The Difference Between JFL And JC

JC's are definitely more comfortable but I prefer the smaller lense sizes on JFL. Are the Frogskin and Holbrook lenses compatible with the JFL's? I need brown polarized lenses. I find myself wearing my Two Face more often because of the polarized lenses.
