What’s your recipe?

We should just track it in the "Plate" thread

do t think there needs to be a dedicated "recipe" thread...

Follow the what's on your plate thread. If you don't have a heart attack, there is some good looking eats

2 pounds of ground venison
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worchestershire sauce
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp cayanne red pepper
4 Tbsp hickory smoke powder or 4 Tbsp hickory liquid smoke
4 Tbsp cup brown sugar, fluffy
1 Tbsp Hot Salt or Seasoning salt

Mix all ingredients together, and marinate overnight or a few days, won't hurt either way, you can shoot it out of a jerky cannon or make it into sticks, no cannon required, just roll it into sticks about 1/2" thick, and dry in dehydrator (deer jerky maker), oven, or smoker.

Pork and clams.

Steam your clams till they fully open, put your meat in the oven with plenty of paprika and garlic, fry some chips and serve it all together with lemon wedges. Maybe some rice or salad if you want. Congrats, you now have a traditional Portuguese dish that every restaurant serves around here but it's always better homemade.

Not traditional but I like some tea after a hearty meal . It's always some organic
certified tea before bedtime.

How about adding a touch of freshness with a homemade pico de gallo recipe on the side? It could bring a zesty kick to complement the hearty flavors of your dish. And a cup of organic certified tea to wrap it up? Sounds like a perfect culinary experience!
