When did you start to appreciate the brand?

Always had oakley as sunglasses but 2yrs ago i looked on ebay to get a price to sell an old juliet, saw there really was a following for the x metal range and instead of selling picked up more pairs / colourways

Started in 1982 for me... When it was REAL.... How did a MX company get into sunglasses!? That was the word back then. Seems like yesterday

I started BMX Racing in 1981

Frogskins Crystal Clear/Violet and I think Razor Blades.

1986 with a $50 pair of Root Beer - Orange Iridium Frogskins.

Had never seen anything like them anywhere.

It caused quite the stir with all of my basketball teammates.

In 1993 or 1994 I bought a used pair of Razorblades from a buddy and it just continued from there.
